omedy Gold is back for it's ninth consecutive year and is jam packed with some of Australia's funniest and most recognizable comedians. This comedy gala show has already taken the state by storm with the team just completing 10 shows in 10 through regional and metro Western Australia and is now headed for Broome. This years line up will again have you in stitches and rolling in the aisle with laughter.
Your M.C for the show is one of Australia's adopted sons Ben Darsow. Darsow delivers a playful blend of observational and improvised standup and has hosted the 2018 Sydney Comedy Festival Galas and in both 2017 & 2016 he was nominated for Best Comedy in Perth Fringe World Festival.
Originally from Adelaide, Benny creates a fresh show each year for the Australian festival circuit & follows this by headlining and hosting the top comedy clubs in Australia including The Sydney Comedy Store, Perth’s Comedy Lounge and Brisbane’s Sit Down Comedy Club. Benny loves visiting Western Australia and has built a very loyal following here.
Your first act is Alissia Marsh who had rave reviews with her Fringe World Show, The King Of Lesbians. Alissia is a comedian, lesbian, intersex advocate and the only person still playing PokemonGo. At just 22 she is rising up the ranks of the WA comedy scene with her impressive skill, affable bite and excitable wit.
Next up is Chris Schinn, Creator of hit show "Comedians Vs Rappers", Chris has been wowing audiences since 2012. where he performed at Falls Festival, Southbound, Rottofest, Melbourne International Comedy Fest, Fringeworld, and countless gala shows.
Your Feature Act is the one and only Randy Feltface has written and performed eight solo stand-up comedy shows, released four comedy specials, played sold out seasons in London and New York and been nominated for Best Comedy at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He made his US television debut as a crowd favourite on NBC’s Bring The Funny in 2019 and has been invited to perform at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal on four separate occasions. Now he’s bouncing around Australia performing anywhere that isn’t locked down.
